Our client whose branches are located in Canada is looking for an Operations Manager for their Branch in Baie-Comeau. Our client has a unique place in the industry as a one-stop shop for a comprehensive range of equipment for specific market segments such as construction, forestry, mining and utilities.

The position is under the supervision of the Executive Vice-President:

 

Description of responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Branch.

Ensure and optimize the growth and performance of the Branch.

Surpass the goals of equipment sales, parts, technical support and customer service.

Exceed cost targets.

Analyze results and lead program to build branch capabilities

Control the compliance of contractual arrangements with all stakeholders (customers, suppliers, etc.)

Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Develop team skills.

Apply best management practices to mobilize the team.

Supporting company policies and best practices related to Health & Safety.
